- All purchases made through Xtraseats are final and non-refundable.
- Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances except as outlined below.
- If an event is completely canceled, Xtraseats will process a refund for the ticket price and any applicable taxes (if charged).
- Service fees are non-refundable. For instance, if a ticket costs $50 and the service fee is $3, only $50 will be refunded.
- In the event of a reschedule or postponement, Xtraseats will not issue a refund. However, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, Xtraseats may offer a credit for future events at its sole discretion.
- In certain cases, Xtraseats may issue credits for future events. This is not a guarantee and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Xtraseats acts as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for the decisions made by event organizers regarding cancellations, reschedules, or postponements. Any credits, or compensations will adhere to this policy.
- If an event is canceled and qualifies for a refund, Xtraseats will notify customers via email with instructions on how to proceed.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances.
- Inclement weather unless the event is officially canceled.
- Failure to attend the event.
