4.2. Cancellations and Refunds: Event Organizers are responsible for setting their own cancellation and refund policies, which must be clearly communicated to Ticket Buyers.

4.3. Fees: Xtraseats charges a fee for its services, which will be clearly disclosed to Event Organizers before they list their events.

5. Ticket Buyers

5.1. Ticket Purchases: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in the event's specific terms or required by law.

5.2. Resale: Resale of tickets may be subject to restrictions set by Event Organizers or applicable laws.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. Payment Processing: Xtraseats uses third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

6.3. Taxes: Any applicable taxes will be added to the ticket price at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property
